Huge AI Privacy Policy

Huge AI is an iPhone app published by 6 Performance Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), part of the Sonder group, 26 Piper Street, Kyneton VIC 3444, Australia. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

The short version

No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking and no third-party analytics in the app.
Your original videos and photos stay on your iPhone. Finished videos are rendered on your iPhone.
To plan an edit, the app uploads the audio and a small set of frames from the footage you choose. That upload is deleted automatically after about one day.
We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.

What the app sends to our servers

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifier or browsing history. The app never uploads your full original video.

Photos access

You choose which videos and photos to bring in using Apple's photo picker; the app sees only those items. Huge AI asks for "Add Photos Only" permission so it can save the videos and cover images you choose to your library. It cannot read the rest of your library.

Who processes your data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts our service, stores the uploaded files and projects, and runs speech recognition (Workers AI).
DeepSeek provides the AI model that plans edits. It receives sampled frames and transcript text from the footage you choose, not your original video. DeepSeek processes data in the People's Republic of China.

Data may therefore be processed outside Australia, including in the United States and China. We use these providers only to run Huge AI. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Data on your iPhone

Your original footage, rendered videos, project files and settings stay on your device. Project backups you export are saved wherever you choose (for example Files or iCloud Drive), and you control them.

Your choices

Delete local data: delete the Huge AI app to remove its projects, settings and rendered videos from your iPhone. Videos you saved to Photos or Files stay where you saved them.
Delete server data: uploaded footage samples are removed automatically after about a day. To delete saved projects and templates from our servers, or to ask for a copy, email help@sondersites.com before deleting the app. Because there's no account, we may ask for details such as project names and dates so we can find your records.
Correct or ask a question: email us any time.

Children

Huge AI is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored privately, separated by the anonymous ID of the device that created it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
